  • Free Shipping on orders over CA$90.00

• Other Canadian Provinces & Territories:

  • Flat Rate: CA$25.00

  • Free Shipping on orders over CA$145.00

• United States:

  • Flat Rate: CA$45.00

  • Free Shipping on orders over CA$200.00 (applies to subscription payments as well)

Packaging Our raw honey is packaged in food-approved plastic jars, and each order is packed securely to ensure safe delivery during transit.

Return Policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Why Returns Are Not Accepted:

• Raw Product & Food Safety: Our honey is 100% raw. For health and safety compliance, food products cannot be returned or re-sold once they leave our care.

• Thorough Inspection: We inspect every single jar prior to shipping to ensure it is properly sealed, leak-free, and undamaged.

Damaged or Sealed Order Issues

Although we inspect each jar before it leaves our facility, damage can occasionally happen during transit. If your shipment arrives damaged or unsealed:

1. Contact our customer support team at [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Provide your Order Number along with clear photos of the damaged jar, outer package, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and issue a replacement jar or store credit where applicable.
